PCBC Rescue likes to think it is not so much a happy ending but really a beginning for most of the dogs rescued. Not all but most dogs that come into rescue have been neglected and abused. So in most cases the dogs received have not really lived. For that reason we like to term this page as "Happy Beginnings"... for it is this, that they really start living. Our stringent rules to adopt out makes sure they are placed in a home that will fully care and love them.
